Ingredients

- 500g all-purpose flour
- 10g salt
- 75g sugar
- 10g yeast
- 6 eggs
- 200g unsalted butter, softened
- 200ml milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add the yeast mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients; mix until it forms a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Gradually add softened butter until fully incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape them into balls.
- Place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Let them rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Ensure to use warm milk to activate the yeast. Fresh yeast is recommended for best results.
