- 1 cup pretzel pieces
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Fold in the crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, pretzel pieces, and chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store leftover muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze them tightly wrapped for up to a month.
