Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the fish with the spice mixture and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until flaky and cooked through.
  4. In another bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, and cilantro to make the crema.
  5. Warm the tortillas, assemble the tacos by placing fish on the tortillas, topping with cabbage, and drizzling with lime crema.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh fish for the best flavor. Don’t skip the lime zest in the crema to enhance vibrancy.
