Description

A delightful and creamy dip made with goat cheese and fire-roasted tomatoes, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 1 cup fire roasted tomatoes (canned or jarred)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, fire roasted tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.

Notes

Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
