- 8 oz goat cheese
- 1 cup fire roasted tomatoes (canned or jarred)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, fire roasted tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
Notes
Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
