Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (like peanut or almond)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Using a spatula or your hands, mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined. The mixture should be sticky but hold together when pressed.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up the ingredients.
