Eggnog Tiramisu combines the rich, creamy flavors of traditional tiramisu with the festive touch of eggnog, making it a perfect holiday dessert.

- 1 cup eggnog
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp dark rum (optional)
- 1 cup espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
- 24 ladyfinger biscuits
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Beat mascarpone cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture, then stir in the eggnog, vanilla, and dark rum if using.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee and arrange them in a layer in a dish. Spread half of the eggnog cream over the ladyfingers. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream.
- Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and enjoy chilled.
Notes
For a caffeine kick, replace dark rum with coffee-flavored liqueur. For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum and use a splash of vanilla extract.
