Description

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Mix until blended and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar and beat until combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon until combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until the edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  6. Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Garnish with whipped cream or additional nutmeg before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
