- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Mix until blended and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar and beat until combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until the edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Garnish with whipped cream or additional nutmeg before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
