Description

Light and fluffy egg white crepes that are low in carbs and high in protein, perfect for breakfast or a nutritious snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites, almond flour, milk, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Pour in a ladleful of the batter, swirling to coat the pan evenly.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
  5. Flip the crepe and cook for another minute on the other side.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
