Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites, almond flour, milk, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour in a ladleful of the batter, swirling to coat the pan evenly.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
- Flip the crepe and cook for another minute on the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
