A quick and comforting sandwich combining scrambled eggs and toasted bread, perfect for breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for frying
- Optional: cheese, lettuce, tomato, or other fillings
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.
- Place one slice of bread in the skillet, add scrambled eggs on top, and add optional toppings.
- Top with the second slice of bread and press down gently.
- Cook until the bread is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or toaster.
