- 1 package (3.4 oz) pistachio pudding mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and undrained crushed pineapple. Stir until well-blended and creamy.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and whipped topping, being careful not to deflate the whipped topping.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts for added crunch.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
