Description

A delightful retro dessert that combines creamy pudding with pineapple, mini marshmallows, and chopped walnuts for a sweet and crunchy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and undrained crushed pineapple. Stir until well-blended and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and whipped topping, being careful not to deflate the whipped topping.
  3. Fold in the chopped walnuts for added crunch.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Serve in a large bowl or individual cups. Garnish with additional whipped topping or chopped walnuts if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
