Description
Roasted Brussels sprouts with maple syrup and pecans create a sensational side dish, perfect for Thanksgiving.

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- During the last 5 minutes, drizzle maple syrup over the sprouts and sprinkle the pecans on top. Roast until pecans are toasted and fragrant.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
