- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Squeeze out excess moisture from the spinach to prevent a watery casserole. Can be made in advance or frozen.
