Description

These no-bake mini cheesecakes combine creamy cheesecake and crunchy Oreo cookies, making them the perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Oreo crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Take mini cupcake liners and place a layer of crushed Oreos at the bottom. Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top, then sprinkle more crushed Oreos on top of the cheesecake layer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy your mini cheesecake bites!
