These no-bake mini cheesecakes combine creamy cheesecake and crunchy Oreo cookies, making them the perfect treat for any occasion.

- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Oreo crumbs for topping
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Take mini cupcake liners and place a layer of crushed Oreos at the bottom. Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top, then sprinkle more crushed Oreos on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy your mini cheesecake bites!
