- 1 cup cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite variety)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Stir the mixture until smooth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened and fragrant.
- Cook the mini meatballs according to package instructions or until fully cooked if you’re using homemade meatballs.
- Toss the warm meatballs in the cranberry BBQ glaze until they are evenly coated. Insert small skewers or toothpicks into each meatball for easy serving. Garnish with chopped herbs and serve warm, along with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
