Delightful miniature versions of classic apple pie, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.
Ingredients

- 2 cups diced apples (preferably Granny Smith)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pre-made pie crusts
- 1 beaten egg (for egg wash)
- Butter (for dotting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Roll out the pre-made pie crusts on a floured surface and cut small circles that fit your mini pie molds.
- Place the crust circles into the molds, fill with the apple mixture, top with another circle of crust, seal edges, and cut slits on top.
- Brush the tops of the pies with a beaten egg for a golden glaze.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow pies to cool slightly before removing from the molds.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze before baking for longer storage.
