Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
