Description

A quick and delicious keto-friendly fudge that satisfies chocolate cravings without compromising your diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the almond butter until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for longer storage.
