Ingredients

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the almond butter until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for longer storage.
