  • 2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener

  • 1 egg

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix the softened cream cheese and sugar-free sweetener until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, followed by the egg, almond flour, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  3. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for about 60-90 seconds, keeping an eye on it. It’s ready when the cheesecake appears set in the middle.
  4. Carefully remove the mug and let it cool slightly. The cheesecake will firm up a bit as it cools. It’s now ready to enjoy!

Notes
