- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- On a large sheet pan, spread the mixed vegetables into an even layer and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place spoonfuls of the seasoned beef mixture evenly over the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot.
Notes
For a kick, add crushed red pepper flakes or paprika. Use ground beef with some fat for more flavor.
