Description

A simple and nutritious one-pan meal with ground beef and colorful vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. On a large sheet pan, spread the mixed vegetables into an even layer and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Place spoonfuls of the seasoned beef mixture evenly over the vegetables.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot.

Notes

For a kick, add crushed red pepper flakes or paprika. Use ground beef with some fat for more flavor.
