- 1 grilled chicken breast
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or honey mustard
- 1 leaf lettuce or small handful baby greens
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 crusty baguette or ciabatta roll
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for grilling)
Instructions
- Season and grill the chicken breast for 6–8 minutes per side, until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
- Slice the bread lengthwise and butter or spread with mayo if desired. Toast until golden brown.
- Layer grilled chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the toasted bread. Add lettuce and tomato, then drizzle mustard over the top.
- Press the sandwich in a panini press or skillet until cheese melts and sandwich is warmed through.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
