  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until the shrimp are well coated.
  3. Spread the shrimp evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

Notes
