Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower into uniform florets.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with dips or as a side dish.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider double dipping the florets. To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
