Description

Delicious and healthy crispy cauliflower bites that are easy to make and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower into uniform florets.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve warm with dips or as a side dish.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider double dipping the florets. To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
