Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and place the salmon skin-side down, cooking for 4 minutes.
  4. Carefully flip the fillets, brush with half of the glaze, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Serve the salmon with the remaining glaze drizzled on top, garnished with chopped green onions.
