Ingredients

Scale
  • 340g white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 120g dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, orange zest, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold in most of the dried cranberries, reserving a few for topping. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cranberries and a bit of extra zest on top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and slice into small squares.

Notes

For variations, you can add nuts, spices, or shredded coconut. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
