- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and roll in the cinnamon sugar.
- Layer the dough pieces in a bundt pan, adding nuts and raisins or chocolate chips if desired.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and pour it over the dough in the bundt pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze and drizzle over the warm monkey bread before serving.
