- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, making sure to reserve some pasta water if you desire a thinner sauce.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, taking care not to burn the garlic.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked chicken and fettuccine to the skillet. Toss everything together to ensure the pasta and chicken are coated evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
