Description

A delightful frittata that combines ground beef, fresh spinach, and cheesy goodness, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent and slightly golden.
  3. Stir in the cooked ground beef and chopped spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the beef and spinach in the skillet.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  7. Allow the frittata to cook on the stove for a few minutes until edges begin to set.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and golden.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat as needed.
