  • 150g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 250g cooked shredded chicken
  • 60ml buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced (optional)
  • 5 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo hot sauce, and green onions until well combined.
  2. Fold in the shredded chicken, mixing until the filling is smooth and evenly coated.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and spread a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture evenly across the surface.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly into logs.
  5. Chill the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
