Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into several bowls and add food coloring to each bowl to create colorful layers.
  4. In a graham cracker crust, spoon alternating layers of the colored cream cheese mixture, creating swirls with a knife.
  5. Drizzle fruit puree over the top and use a toothpick to swirl it gently into the filling.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
