- 1 package strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir thoroughly until all granules are fully dissolved, then add in 1 cup of cold water.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Ensure it’s softened to avoid lumps for a silky texture.
- Gradually pour the dissolved gelatin mixture into the cream cheese. Mix until well combined, creating a smooth filling.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be made a day or two in advance.
