Description

A vibrant and refreshing dessert that captures the essence of spring, combining sweet strawberry gelatin with creamy cheese for a festive treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir thoroughly until all granules are fully dissolved, then add in 1 cup of cold water.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Ensure it’s softened to avoid lumps for a silky texture.
  3. Gradually pour the dissolved gelatin mixture into the cream cheese. Mix until well combined, creating a smooth filling.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be made a day or two in advance.
