- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a saucepan, heat the cream until just boiling, then pour it over the chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for about a minute, then stir until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then gently fold until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
