Description

Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently mix the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just blended; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Cut out shapes from the dough using a doughnut cutter.
  5. Fry the doughnuts in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
