Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and eggs; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Sice the loaf and enjoy your healthy Greek yogurt oat bread.
Notes
For added flavor, try incorporating nuts, seeds, or fruits into the batter. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
