- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or sage)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, eggs, and broth. Mix until well incorporated.
- Fold in the cheese and chopped herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serving warm.
