- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the sugar until well combined, then mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined, then add the fresh raspberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
