Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the salt, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
  4. Gradually blend in the flour and cocoa powder, then fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are firm. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
