Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gather all your ingredients: ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  2. Using your hands or a spatula, mix the ingredients together until everything is well combined. Avoid overmixing to keep your meatloaf tender.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and gently place it into your crockpot. Set your crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. It’s done when the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Once cooked, carefully remove the meatloaf from the crockpot. Let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing to retain moisture.

Notes
