  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • Provolone cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the roast.
  3. Add the jar of pepperoncini peppers (including the juice) and pour the beef broth over the top. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
