Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, allowing the flavors to meld as the chicken becomes tender.
- (Optional) To thicken the sauce, combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl, mix until smooth, and stir into the slow cooker 30 minutes before serving. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
