Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the crockpot, spread out evenly.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-covered.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over chicken.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
