- 1 cup sour cream or heavy cream

- Garlic granules to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with a generous sprinkle of salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat a mixture of butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the browned chicken to the slow cooker and pour in the white wine or chicken broth, then add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic granules, sweet paprika, and more Italian seasoning to taste.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 90 minutes to 2 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Stir in the sour cream or heavy cream just before serving for a rich, creamy texture.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the wine or broth for a few hours before cooking. You can also mix in freshly grated Parmesan cheese for an extra touch.
