  • ½ cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream or heavy cream
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Garlic granules to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with a generous sprinkle of salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat a mixture of butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Transfer the browned chicken to the slow cooker and pour in the white wine or chicken broth, then add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic granules, sweet paprika, and more Italian seasoning to taste.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 90 minutes to 2 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Stir in the sour cream or heavy cream just before serving for a rich, creamy texture.

Notes
