Description

Delicious and healthier alternative to traditional fries, these crispy sweet potato fries are perfect as a snack or side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries, aiming for about 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden. Watch in the last few minutes to avoid burning.
  6. Serve immediately while hot for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

For extra crunch, soak the cut sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning and baking.
