Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries, aiming for about 1/4-inch thickness.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet, avoiding overcrowding.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden. Watch in the last few minutes to avoid burning.
- Serve immediately while hot for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
For extra crunch, soak the cut sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning and baking.
