- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumb mixture in a third. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lay breaded tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through, flipping halfway.
Notes
For an extra crunch, consider using panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. You can also try adding different seasonings to customize the flavor.
