Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Start by washing the russet potatoes to remove any dirt. Once clean, cut them into wedges, ensuring they are of uniform size for even cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir this mixture until well blended to create a flavor-packed coating for your wedges.
- Toss the potato wedges in the prepared mixture, ensuring each wedge is thoroughly coated. Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crispiness.
- Once the wedges are golden and crispy, sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes. Return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Finally, garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
