Description

Crispy fried pickles are a delightful snack featuring dill pickles encased in a crunchy, golden coating, perfect for gatherings or casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 16 dill pickle chips, patted dry
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Ranch or preferred dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
  3. Pat dill pickle slices dry, dredge in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly spray with cooking oil, and cook for 6 minutes. Flip, spray again, and air-fry for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes
