- 16 dill pickle chips, patted dry
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Ranch or preferred dipping sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
- Pat dill pickle slices dry, dredge in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly spray with cooking oil, and cook for 6 minutes. Flip, spray again, and air-fry for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
