Description

Delicious and easy-to-make crispy chicken wings coated in a savory dry rub, perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper) and stir well to mix evenly.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing until wings are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Patting the wings dry before applying the rub can help them get crispier. Using a wire rack on the baking sheet can allow for better air circulation, enhancing crispiness.
