- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spreading them out slightly to form chips. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray or lightly brush with oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. To restore crispiness, re-bake at a low temperature.
