Description

Homemade crispy chips that combine the creamy texture of cottage cheese with a delightful crunch, making them a nutritious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spreading them out slightly to form chips. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray or lightly brush with oil.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. To restore crispiness, re-bake at a low temperature.
