- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the cottage cheese in a fine-mesh sieve and press gently to remove excess liquid. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine drained cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Spoon tablespoon-sized mounds onto the baking sheet, flattening each mound into thin circles.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Check periodically.
- Allow chips to cool completely on the baking sheet.
