Instructions

- Beat the egg in a separate bowl and add it to the corn mixture; stir until well incorporated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, ensuring enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into small bites or patties.
- Fry the bites in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the bites from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
