Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Diced avocado
  • Chopped green onions
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken breast in a skillet until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and shred.
  3. Toss the shredded chicken with teriyaki sauce until well-coated.
  4. Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center, folding to seal.
  5. Fry the tacos in hot oil until crispy and golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Assemble the crispy tacos with lettuce, jalapeños, avocado, green onions, and cilantro. Serve hot with teriyaki sauce.
